What Unilock Requires To Be An Authorized Contractor

1.       Workmanship inspection: Unilock assesses jobs in-progress and three years after installation.

2.       Proof of insurance: Liability insurance and third-party worker’s compensation coverage are checked, along with an overview of business practices.

3.       Customer references: Unilock checks homeowner references before a contractor is accepted into the program.

4.       Annual re-certification: Unilock Authorized Contractors are expected to maintain high standards and are re-certified each year.

Because we have met Unilock's highest standard, they proudly back the work of our Unilock Authorized Contractors with a*two-year guarantee. Should they be unable to fulfill their warranty obligations, Unilock will step in and back their warranty.

Unilock provides a Transferable Lifetime Guarantee on the structural integrity of our paving stones, slabs, retaining wall units and natural stone for residential use. *The Unilock Authorized Contractor Workmanship Guarantee covers major structural failures of residential installations where100% of the product used is Unilock for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. Minor settling or aesthetic imperfections are excluded, as are issues which arise due to unknown soil or groundwater conditions beneath the prepared base.

LifetimeGuarantee – Residential

Unilock offers a transferable lifetime guarantee that warranties the structural integrity of Unilock concrete paving stones and retaining wall units when used in residential applications. It covers any structural failure or deterioration of the concrete unit resulting from normal use or from the reasonable application of sodium chloride (common rock salt used for de-icing).  StoneMark^™ products have the same warranties as Unilock paving stones and retaining walls, but cannot be warranted against damage resulting from de-icing products.
