Matthew executed the work with a high degree of professionalism, demonstrated overall control of the construction process and was very cooperative throughout construction. Matt Shanahan of Shanahan Consulting & Construction Inc., project managed two-multimillion-dollar projects for another contractor building artificial sports field complexes. The first project was at a value of 2.9 million and the second was completed at a value of 3 million.

Mr. Shanahan grasped the importance of careful soil management as he navigated this remediated industrial site, protecting and preserving the soil cap, and ensuring correct protocols were adhered to.

Having access to quality sub-contractors has also been a definite strength for Mr. Shanahan, ensuring sufficient staffing and consistently meeting scheduling targets.

They were very professional and clear on pricing providing me many options before, during and at any time, I requested. As the project unfolded they addressed concerns that could not have been anticipated and provided lots of notice when I needed to add or change something. 

Matt and Jeff go into great detail what products are best, quality wise but also pricing. They even had samples delivered and showed the products first hand before finalizing any materials. They illustrated the location of manufacturing and which products provide the best customer support to help in decision making. 

In regards to Shanahan Consulting and Constructions work: they arrive on time. Always set up quietly, clean up afterwards. My family, my neighbors never saw anything that I did not care for. Their entire crew were always well behaved, extremely safe and kind. All details of each area were done so well and left me in " ahh" on how beautiful each area looked. People walking by comment on how beautiful everything looks. Maintaining what Shanahan Consulting and Construction built... is now a piece of cake for me to handle by myself due to the low maintenance design. I tremendously enjoy the finished product;. Matt and Jeff designed it with only little details of what my hopes were. The details they incorporated and executed really brought my property to life.

I was more than happy with Matt and Shanahan Consulting/Construction’s creative work. They are detail oriented and great communicators. From design, layout and assistance guiding the pool installation, to material selections and managing the engineering of the waterfall. The overall experience and work was impeccable.
